no tony dont use osmo oil much to be honest used it once and that was it. its oil supplied by russwood ltd the flooring suppliers themselfs.
its a natural hardwax oil, alternative to the Osmo Polyx Oils and i would highly reccomend it over many other oils. £60 for 5L get about 180m2 per tin which is a large area for the price of the oil we give the flooring 3 coats of the oil dries in about 5-6 hours so pretty quick
have used a couple of other oil products before mainly eco-friendly and the finish was poor but thats what the aarchitects wanted when they came to view the job and asked "how many coats of oil are left to get done on the flooring" reply "the flooring has had all 3 coats of the eco friendly oil" he looked quite shocked, i prefer the stuff russwood supply it brings up the oak a treat and its very durable was back at a job that we floored about 5 years ago alot of trafic and animals and the floor still looks great!
