The is not Facebook and the moderators are unpaid so please don't expect a real time conversation with a member of staff.

There is another area of the site that is unavailable to guests or less frequent users and has more... relaxed posting rules. You may (or may not) be invited to join after you have hung around a while.

There is an unwritten rule about questions regarding pricing on this site, especially from new members. True professionals, craftsmen, journeymen and guys starting a new business should already know the going rates in your area and any questions you ask may suggest (rightly or wrongly) that you are attempting to undercut prices from other members. You may be mocked or ignored.

New members should not be asking for work before getting to know the regulars. Please think about whether or not you would you give work to a total stranger and please don't be offended if nobody answers your question.

Scammers and rip-off artists are not welcome here. All members are expected to conduct business honestly and ethically.

Every registration will be moderated and IP numbers / email addresses checked against a known spammer database.
